Using this product, our team found that it adds a touch of sophistication to our home with its sleek design and high-quality construction. The installation process was a breeze, and the wallplate fits perfectly with the switch. However, the packaging could have been better since the item arrived with a few scratches.

I'm surprised no other reviewer mentioned that these switches are LOUD. I'm used to switches that make a nice click, but these make more of a click! It's not overly loud and I'd still use them rather than return them, but it was still a bit of a disappointment.

First of all it's too loud for me. Second, there are two switches in one package, one with a shiny stick and the other with a smooth one. See photo (left smooth, right shiny). Also the quality is mediocre, the picture shows small scratches on the end of the gear knob. Not bad overall, but it looks like someone has already used it))) I definitely won't buy it again ... well, it works and blah blah blah, but in terms of quality and convenience, it should be much cheaper be .
