This update is for BETAFPV A01 VTX

This new video transmitter is small. light and works well. It has 25mW and 200mW. Flying around my house requires a setting of 200mW to get through the house and trees. I bought this VTX to replace the one that burned out in the BetaFPV 85 Pro 2. However, Race Day Quads have replaced this old version with a new one that has the VTX integrated into the flight controller. I have used this new VTX on two other quadcopters and both have amazing performance. Plus, you can't beat the price, so this…

Inefficient product for quadcopters and multicopters

Bought 2 of these to replace 1 broken one and 1 as a spare, at least the old one lasted over 3 weeks. They work fine for a while, then they start to flicker and lose video at 10-15 feet away. The first lasted 8-9 months with no problems. Using it on my second beta85 pro which I bought from another store (not Amazon). Started to flicker, then the same problem. Got this through Amazon on July 6th due to Prime and already both are behaving exactly like the one that broke, I have 3 VTX WHICH ARE…

Ultra-light whoop camera and 200mW video transmitter!

The main advantage of this VTX over most light combos is that it can output up to 200mW, giving you plenty of range when you need it, and it also has a pit mode to let you can work their structure. on the race without interfering. It can also be used to create a very low profile build as the cam and VTX are connected by unconnected wires. This combination of camera and video transmitter is great for whoops of any size as it is very lightweight and fits in a variety of different mounts. I am…

Good vtx although difficult to connect and set up the camera

I have used this vtx twice on two tiny violins. Since the device does not come with a camera, I connected my own camera. Remember that there are three wires that need to be connected from the camera to the vtx, specifically the video, plus and minus wires. I found that the solder pads were very small and very close together. Soldering wires was therefore very difficult and required some patience. So I would say if you have bad soldering skills I would rather buy a vtx with a camera already…
