I ordered this to practice my makeup and SFX makeup. I used it for the first time today and now it's stained and the stains won't come off. OK, so. I LOVE this product for what I really got it for. I only got it to practice my eyeshadow makeup, but I've tried applying foundation and concealer. I wouldn't recommend practicing applying foundation as shading is a little tricky. For eyeshadow, it's more manageable for me. I clean my face with makeup remover and petroleum jelly and it removes about 95% of all makeup but of course it tends to be soiled with red and/or pink makeup. Bought this for my friend Nace who likes to do makeup and do it for her school plays. I overheard her talking about wanting to do her prom makeup and I figured that wasn't the best way to practice and keep her out of trouble. She loves it! I told her that any blemishes you can't get out use her makeup powers to hide the "blemishes" but she said they come out better than expected and she left them for a week when she did used for the first time.

I have read several reviews saying this device is inaccurate and right out of the box it was about 10° and the hygrometer was about 7% compared to the other two devices which I've been using for a couple of weeks now. However, after 10 minutes of adjusting to the environment inside this thermometer, the thermometer was accurate to within a tenth of a degree compared to my other devices, and after 20 minutes the hygrometer matched my other two devices as well. Received this in plastic in excellent condition. I haven't even taken it out of the packaging yet. I noticed that there is a small mark on the face, but this shouldn't interfere with drawing the face drawings on it. I'm expecting color stains on my face, but I'll try a few ways to prevent it. For the price I got 2 faces to draw and it's worth it even if it's painted. Other heads cost over $40.

I would like to start this review by saying you get what you pay for. This is a cheap training head made in China. And so, in terms of value for money, it's just fantastic. It takes extra effort to use and keep clean, but it's only $10, and the $40 professional head is just as heavy as I've read.
