This item works great. It's been on my bike for almost a year. The only thing that bothers me is that the coating wears off over time.

The shifter was removed from my used but new to me 2011 Harley Heritage Softail. This hid the visible splines and gave it a cleaner look. For this money you can't go wrong!

Great for my fat lo which is almost identical color and is great for the price and direct application is easy and straightforward, could probably attach the guard a little on a small screw so make sure that you have some We all know that Harley vibrates that you lose it

later This piece has great value considering how much you can pay for something like this from a more established brand. There was a small burr on the inside of the faucet, but it still rotated. The set screw is perfectly positioned to hit the shaft between the inner and outer splines so there is no damage to the splines at all. And yes, my bike is dirty; I just got home from a walk. 😁
