If I had to guess I would say this is fake. That's nothing compared to the originals I've bought from local stores. The number 59, which is usually jet black, turned my hair dark brown no matter how long I left it on! This is pure fake and I can't believe the real manufacturers don't know about it. Now I will buy from a local store.

I have been using Bigen hair color number 59 (black) for over a decade. I used to buy it at Sally's beauty salon. Over the years the product has changed and been packaged differently. It is very difficult to wash off. Looking closely at the box, I found that the new product was made in the Philippines, while the original I bought was made in Japan. In the Philippines one is more starchy while in Japan one is more powdery. Be careful when you buy this product.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had to use 2 boxes. I don't have a lot of gray hair. Black hair and gray hair usually appear at the roots. he didn't cover it up and i even found longer gray hairs that he didn't do anything with. waste of time and money.

This review is on the product itself, love it. When I first ordered it was great, it came to my door, this is the part I love. Otherwise I have to go to the cosmetics store. So I ordered it again (October 12th) and haven't seen it yet. I hope it's still on the way. They said they would credit my account but I would have preferred the product.
