Billabong Womens Performance Rashguard Horizon Review

I would give it five stars if only my rash guard didn't have brown spots like sun spots on my rash guard after first use. Bought 7/24/17, received 7/31/17. I used the product today (5/8/17) at the water park. I hand washed the rashguard with soap and cold water. I dried it and found later that there were brown spots around the shoulders. I am writing here to seek justification for the quality and material of the product. I would like to provide an answer and replacement from Billabong. See…
