Definitely offers some hold but I wouldn't say it straightens unruly hair. Not oily/greasy like beard oil. I can smell beeswax, but it's not clumpy. I'm very sensitive to crazy scents and this one could be called "unscented" because it doesn't contain lime. I was expecting a little more lime or citrus. Holding the glass under your nose will give you a faint whiff of lime, but with the small amount you use, no one (including you) will smell the lime.

1. Used motor oil, preferably racing oil, from a big truck or something with a snotty V8 over 500hp2. Pieces of food for later or to survive in sudden famine.3. Nothing. I'm also reluctant to use this beard balm as it doesn't smell gross and almost completely eliminates tangles.

It was more of a disappointment. It was inferior to other beard products I've used like 'Billy Jealousy' and 'Beard Quencher', it didn't prevent or stop dry skin, did nothing except waste my money on a very overpriced beard balm

I bought this with my beard because of the "Fly-Away" controls, thinking it would last longer. In general everything is fine, but not at the level I expected. I will use it but doubtful will reorder. On the other hand, I use Beard Control and I really like it (ordered several times).

I give 5 stars because it came within 2 days, the scent is very pleasant, it kind of reminds me of an old barber shop, it's not overpowering, light on the hold side, but I don't mind. Keeps my beard soft and not greasy.
