The massage part works, but neither the infrared light nor the heat turns on. I specifically ordered this item because the item description said it was heated. I am sending it back for a refund.

Vibration is strong and comfortable. But the clip on the heads will NOT stay put when you roll the vibrator over your body. It actually hurts when the head pops out and the next thing you know is the vibration of the seat with the built in platform where the head pops out. Good concept but BAD DESIGN. Don't waste your money!

I have used several massagers over the years. The good ones don't seem to exist anymore, which is a real shame. Comparing it to others I've used I would say it has a very average design. It is difficult to control its position and firmness. It is very loud! The infrared light was the main reason I bought this model. The light worked 4 times and stopped. I've read other comments here and they say their lights didn't even work to begin with. Infrared radiation is very healing. I've used it before
