Now that I'm home more often, I wanted to hook up an old oscilloscope to my computer just to have some fun on my desk moving to music. This adapter worked great and feels well made.

I recently bought a Hantek oscilloscope. Many different pins were supplied that could be screwed onto the cable. The problem was that they couldn't connect this cable to the oscilloscope. This plug solved my problem with banana plugs. Good quality.

Of the two I received, one had black/red connectors as shown in the photos and the other had black/black connectors. I've checked the continuity of both with a meter and everything is fine, but the connector color mismatch indicates a lack of quality control. It really doesn't matter in my application, so I didn't bother with returning it.

Pretty good for the money. They work perfectly, the assembly is normal. The BNC connector is OK. This is an old classic design that is not fully insulated so pay more if you want. They work with hooded banana plugs, but you have to remove the red and black caps. The ground side is indicated by a small tab on the side labeled GND. They are what they are, no more or less.
