This tutu is perfect. My daughter liked it very much! She turned 3 today and I surprised her with it and she went crazy. Good that there is an elastic waistband. You tie the bow into the tutu yourself, but the bobby pin is already a bow and fastened, and my daughter didn't destroy it in minutes. All the colors are separated so it is very easy to walk and play in it. Such a cool package.

Cute tutu. FYI, the tool is not connected. It's not a solid layer all around, but rather parts of the tool next to each other, if that makes sense. The stitching is a bit rough but it will do the trick for a day and then probably be a suit for the house. For the price you can't complain. The bow is nice although it appears to be of slightly better quality. Perfect for gaming or something you only need once.

The colors of this tutu are so bright and it fits well BUT it can't be worn. The colored sections are not attached, so there are large gaps at the bottom. I've never seen anything like this. (See photo) I didn't have time to return it so I did my best to glue everything together. Unless you're going to glue (or sew) it on, you'll need a pair of shorts underneath for protection. It's not that full so I had to put another pack underneath to inflate it.
