I bought this because my cat keeps having "accidents" on my new sofa and I have tried everything to get the stain and smell out. This little machine helps get rid of odors and stains in minutes! I now clean my couch regularly just for maintenance and this is the best purchase I have ever made! Definitely recommended!

Absolutely terrible. Literally sucks worse than a vacuum cleaner. All he did was keep moving the stain and didn't even clean it...don't waste your money. I bought Bissell Little Green and the hose broke after a few months. I contacted Bissell and they sent me a replacement Little Green but after a few months the hose broke again. I loved my old Little Green machine for over 10 years and never had a problem until the nozzle finally broke. This change was terrible.

First of all I would like to say that this is entirely my fault. I didn't research it, it sounded good and I bought it. My bad 2 main problems. It doesn't heat the water and when it gets to the point of purification it's cool at best. And the suction power on thick carpet is very poor.
