Without heater. The gloves are labeled "moderate" and rated at 32F. I wore them while walking in a light 47F wind and they offered ZERO warmth. After 5 minutes my hands got cold. I would not recommend them.

looks good. Fits great. My hands are *always* cold in them. The padding on the palms is so thin that if you hold on to the steering wheel on a cold morning, for example, your hands freeze to death. They're probably a little warmer than without gloves at all, but the psychological effect of cold gloved hands makes them seem colder. At least with bare hands one expects to freeze.
