Bought this for my 9 year old who normally wears a size 16. Although I bought size 13-14 it fits size 16. Good quality, stylish, comfortable. It had no food stains from the wedding party she also wore, so I can't comment on stain resistance or washability, but will update this review after I wash it. Definitely recommend this one. The matching belt is also well made.
