As described. Would have given 5 stars but the double sided adhesive was too big. I had to cut it with scissors. Even sticky paper cannot get into the recess on the back of the reflector. It had to be flat so more surface was glued. I think I'll see if it falls off the saddlebag.

Others have cost 5 times more for the same. A quality product that has withstood 20 hours of wet freeway driving, twenty sessions of hitching and unloading the trailer and is still as firmly taped to the side of the boat trailer as it was when installed. I have four total and two of these fell off almost immediately, the back is too big for them and doesn't fill the center like it should sit flat so it let the water seep in behind the partial seals and bursts as soon as it has cooled. For my repair and for drilling out the center and putting a screw in it

Adhesive backing is larger than the reflector and the inside of the reflector is recessed. It is also not glued, but glued on both sides. Either you dress it up as is and it just touches a very narrow border around the back of the reflector, or you trim it to fit, then it won't make close contact with what you're dressing it on. I threw away the sticky pad and just used silicone. I understand it costs nothing, but it wouldn't be worth doing something that works better.

Bought for a pendant. I gave them three stars because they serve as DOT approved reflectors, but the double sided tape comes off in the packaging and you have to tape it on. Second, the back surface of the reflector itself doesn't leave much room for sticking the tape. Aside from a 3/32" bezel around the back, the back is a fully molded reflector, nothing but tiny sharp corners that allow the reflector to work, and nothing to glue at all. I bought several sets of these reflectors as extras for my Goldwing Trike. I've had issues with similar ones in the past as mentioned in some comments where they crash slightly shortly after installation. Since the supplied double-sided tape is the same size as the reflector, only the thin edge of the reflector comes into contact with the tape - the smaller the contact area, the easier it is of course to knock off. By cutting some of the tape (so it fits snugly into the reflector's flat recess)
