The fabric is very elastic. Almost feels like swimwear fabric. I bought this as a Christmas present so I can't try it on her but it seems to be the right size for my slim 10 year old girl. I'm pretty disappointed with the pattern. It looks like the picture but not the same. It's like a crop from a blurry picture - the edges are sharp, but the details on the petals and leaves are very blurry! This is a bad print and I am seriously considering returning it.

I bought this for my 10 year old daughter to wear at Easter and it fits her perfectly and is so cute! For this she received several compliments. It's loose and flowy (but not too big). Closed shoulders are simply precious. she loved it. I ordered her a size 11-12 and it fit her perfectly and it paired with a loose tunic that paired perfectly with leggings meaning she can wear them long. Very well made, the material is soft. Highly recommended.
