Satisfied with customer service and quality. Order a size or two larger. These are dance shoes so expect them to be small anyway. I ordered an 8.5 for my 4 year old daughter who wears it. So small that she couldn't fit in. They sent me 9 narrow ones. The company immediately refunded my money, but I think I'll order a different size anyway.

Appears to be of fairly good quality but is MUCH smaller than expected. I ordered half a size larger than her current shoes but they were even smaller than what she is currently wearing. The photo shows her current shoe (size 5) next to the flats we received (size 5.5). Easy return so not too much hassle. We recommend ordering at least 1 size larger than you are currently wearing.

I bought these to replace the ballet shoes my 3 year old daughter was wearing and she loves them. They are slightly better than the others as we don't have to worry about the bindings coming loose. They are easy to put on. But they seem to be a little less quality than previous shoes. They may be new, but they're not real leather like the others. Anyway, my daughter loves that the insole has pink flowers and wants to wear it to dance class. Win!
