The heel rubs, but the materials are high quality

There is a vertical stain on the inside of the back heel and a seam that rubs my daughter's heel a lot. But otherwise it's a quality shoe for the materials. Capezio didn't make it, so I'll buy it in the future.

Pros
  • Great fit, tts for ballet shoes
Cons
  • Slippers may not be durable enough for frequent use

Beautiful dance shoes for toddlers

I liked that this order came a day earlier than expected (just in time for the first lesson of the season), was of good quality and met all my expectations.

Pros
  • I've been buying them for two years and I love them, the only brand I will buy.
Cons
  • The elastic can be too tight or too loose.

Disappointment: my rating

Bad seam. The strap seams were faulty hence the strap came loose on the side making the shoe unwearable. The leather may cause uncomfortable sweating in the feet.

Pros
  • As expected
Cons
  • The skin can cause uncomfortable sweating in the legs.

Perfect fit - take your normal size!

I ordered my daughter a normal size 13 (normal width) and it fits her perfectly. If your daughter fits in standard size shoes, don't let the other sizing comments put you off. Half size would no longer work and could lead to injury in ballet. The straps tighten for a perfect fit.

Pros
  • good skin Adjustable shoes.
Cons
  • The skin can cause blisters on the legs

Good ballerinas are the best in my rating

Great ballet flats! My kid loves them and wants to wear them everywhere. Runs true to size, so if you're looking to expand your grow space, go for the half or full size. I took them to size and they fit like a glove and look perfect on her foot.

Pros
  • Exactly what I need for my son
Cons
  • Slippers may not be breathable enough for active use

Disappointed with my rating

They fit perfectly, but the rubber band broke after 3 ballet lessons. Of course, this happened right after the return window. Be sure to check the quality of your ballet flats.

Pros
  • Perfect for my little dancer. Very high quality.
Cons
  • The price may be too high for some families

Size table is wrong

The shoes are beautiful and the quality is excellent. But the grid is far from the same. After two attempts to order them and they were the wrong size, I decided to take my daughter to a dancewear store and have them try them on.

Pros
  • I bought a large size for my baby because I know it will upset him easily. Expensive but worth it!
Cons
  • The full sole is not flexible enough for some dance moves.

Buy in store for my review.

Got a size up and didn't fit me but I love Bloch dance shoes and have had them for years so I would buy them from the store. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • daughter loved her.
Cons
  • Slippers may not have enough padding for prolonged use

Very soft dance shoes for little dancers.

I bought the baby size 9 for 3.5 years. The shoe is a little loose, the toe box is also a little loose and that gives room to wear stockings with it. Bloch was recommended by our choreographer and the shoes were very soft.

Pros
  • My daughter has narrow feet and just went up half a size.
Cons
  • The slipper can slip off while dancing.

Same shoes as in the dance shop

These are the same shoes that my local dance shop sells and recommends for pre-ballet practice. They are very soft, flexible and do not slip. I was a little apprehensive about ordering a small pair until I saw that they would fit a small/medium foot size. (I always thought she had a medium/wide foot, so I was a bit surprised to see her last box was narrow.) I don't think you need to size up. She outgrew the brand's flats around the same time she outgrew her regular shoes.

Pros
  • Bought these for my 2 year old daughter to start her dance class, she loves them and they work great.
Cons
  • Slippers may need to be broken in before they are comfortable.

Good training shoes

Nice soft leather shoes. Good price. Leather can be stretched to give it a bit more wear. I heated them with a hair dryer and stuffed socks in to stretch them.

Pros
  • This will be the only brand I will buy. Such great quality. They fit my daughter perfectly.
Cons
  • I love Bloch and these slippers are perfect for young children learning ballet. Great durable slippers at a great price.

The best dancing shoes for a boy with wide feet

We ordered the X-Wide 7.5 Toddler size for our son who has a very wide foot. His usual size is a 7. Finding regular shoes is a problem, so we had to find wide flats and they fit perfectly. In fact, he likes wearing them.

Pros
  • I love these ballet flats.
Cons
  • Slippers may not provide adequate traction on some dance floors.

Perfect for beginner ballerinas!

Amazing for my 3 year old first pair of flats! It is ideal for beginner ballerinas. Classic spruce and color, elastic bands, elastic strap, one-piece sole.

Pros
  • Daughter uses them for dancing and loves them
Cons
  • Color may fade over time

Second buyer - I would recommend these dance shoes.

They are exactly as described with a consistent fit. They wear well and hold up well in class and look great even after a quick wipe down. I don't let them wear them outside of dance class, so it looks like they'll last all season. Elastic drawstring leaves room for growth.

Pros
  • Worked great.
Cons
  • The size may not be exact

Expressed his opinion well

I tried 4 sizes from 2 different brands, the 4th was a charm. After you finally figure out the right size, they fit best. I also like their ballet pink color the most. I am happy with my purchase and how quickly they were delivered. They actually arrived a day earlier than I expected.

Pros
  • I ordered a full size. Good quality.
Cons
  • A full sole can cause discomfort or chafing on the foot.

Excellent quality suits me

I love the quality and the pink color of these flats! These are the only apartments I will buy. I don't know why other manufacturers make them nude when the rest of the ballet costume is pink!? Most importantly, the Blochs are very comfortable and have a very comfortable wide strap so they don't accidentally come off while dancing.

Pros
  • my daughter loves it Super soft and great quality!
Cons
  • The skin can stretch or deform over time.

Revain is the wrong size

I love Bloch. They make the best homes in the world and I have no complaints about them. I ordered a "medium" width, only to find that what Revane calls medium, Bloch considers wide (D). My child has a C width. This is not described on the product page but is listed in the order history when looking for return shoes. Since Revain doesn't offer C widths I now have to struggle to return them and order them from Bloch and wait a week. DEAR AMAZON: THIS IS THE BLOCH WIDTH DESCRIPTION COPY AND…

Much better than the Target and Payless ballerina brands.

Much better quality and fit than what we've tried at Target and Payless. Very happy with them. My daughter wears a 12-13 depending on the brand of shoes (we ended up buying a size 12 1/2 slippers from Payless). Bought a size 13 and they fit great with space (but not too much). A small bow on the front is functional, it allows you to adjust the shoes to the right size. I've learned that flats come in a wide range and all have a functional headband that allows you to narrow the width (at least…

Amazing quality at a great price! Perfect fit for my daughter!

Bloch Dance Dansoft ballet shoes really impressed me! I can say it's well done. Most importantly, my daughter loves them! I was a bit apprehensive about ordering ballet shoes online but after reading the reviews I agreed on what size to order for my daughter. She is only 3 years old and wears size 9 shoes. When we tried on ballerinas at Payless I got a 10 and it turned out to be too big (and the quality wasn't very good). After reading the reviews I ordered half a size up so I got a 9.5 M (I…
