I bought these because the lighting at my job is terrible and I often use a computer with multiple monitors there so I have a lot of glare that gives me a headache for an hour. I'm not exactly sure what this little test is supposed to do exactly, I tried a little test and don't think it was necessary to see the difference. After wearing them for a while I could really say they work. I also have a pair of pink tinted lenses which helped but distorted the color. Try them, they're inexpensive.

I really like these glasses for the price I paid. They come with a keychain-shaped screwdriver to adjust the goggles. And they come with a blue light test card, and that really makes a difference. I wear them to work where I spend 8 hours a day in front of the computer. Definitely a good product for the money!

The first day is always the worst for people who wear glasses. Based on experience and reviews read I can say don't put them on or take them off when you wear them to work, leave them on all the time until you take them off. I use mine for work and have less tired eyes and no more computer headaches. They are very cute and work so well. Recommended for technology freaks
