Great Addition to Your Health Routine

These glasses are a must-have for anyone who spends long hours in front of a screen. I didn't really know what to expect from these glasses but my colleague heard me say that I lose a lot of sleep because either I'm sitting on my iPad or I am I watched TV before bed and also took my iPad with me when I woke up at night. In today's world where most people work at home and stare at a computer screen all day, these glasses are essential. First off, the price is great compared to some other blue light blocking glasses that don't even match your regular glasses.
