Great Wide Angle Camera for the Money

Used With: Swann DVR8-3425 960H 8-Channel DVR.I wanted a pair of cameras that would provide a wide angle view in front of my house. They replaced the Swann Pro-735 720H cameras that were provided in the DVR package. The The daytime image is very precise and the colors are accurate. The focus is very good, and there are no performance issues. First one was a charm. not so sure about the second?

First one was great! Second on almost looks like it is out of focus? After further testing, it appears to be a cable problem, not a problem with this camera!

Worked Great for my opinion

I had previous cctv cables with old cameras and replaced them with these one and they worked great. Super Wide Screen and excellent view in daylight and night time as well. Thanks

Best camera on my surveillance system by far

This is an excellent camera. It has a great wide-angle view, extremely clear resolution, good color contrast. I am so impressed that I am going to replace almost all of my existing Zmodo cameras with this model. The included power adapter is a nice freebie too.

Dissappointed. good for me

Bought this camera last year November, 2014 and installed this year January and last week August, 2015 noticed the image from this camera "Blinking". Changed the power supply from the supplied and same thing happened. The original cameras installed on the same DVR are not giving the same problem. I will have to change this camera as the TVL also is not what was expected.

Nice wide clear view and good value

I replaced my original with this camera because I want to cover a wider area. I was surprise that the video is better quality even though both have the same rated resolution. That's a surprise plus. The material and build qualities are good, and does not look cheap even though it is not expensive.

Dead under 3 weeks!

Bought this for my Father for X-Mas & it died in less than 3 weeks! Had a pretty good pic, both day & night for under his carport, but didn't last at all.

I love the wide angle viewing but anything beyond 40' is .

Bought 2 of these cameras. I love the wide angle viewing but anything beyond 40' is not very clear. One of the two has a terrible halo on my monitor and the two cameras are only 15' apart looking across each other so they pick up same lighting. Night viewing is cut down to 20'. Not overly impressed with these cameras.

Could have been good

This is the first one of two I purchased of this product. This unit could have had a decent picture but due to the dark exposer it is hard to tell. I believe the AGC is not functioning on this unit and that is why the picture is so dark during the daytime hours. The night exposer is quite good but is over shadowed by the lack of a good picture during daylight hours. I tried this camera out on two different DVR's, each a different manufacturer, and both showed the same problem. I am also…

Lot of LEDS infrared, causes a halo effect

Camera has good night vision however there are so many LEDs (36) it leaves a Halo look during the night time around the lens which is obviously the infrared bouncing off the protective glass or plastic which ever it is. Has the 2.8 meter wide angle lens my /Harbor Freight camera had a 5 degrees viewing, so with this Blue Fish Cam you have practically double the viewing area
