The button broke after a few weeks of use.

Bought these headphones for my son for virtual study. He kept telling me that something was wrong with his headphones and he couldn't hear the teacher. Thinking that wasn't true, I took off his headphones to find the volume button was broken. I have tried contacting someone and also asking how to contact someone in the questions section in the reviews and have not received any help or feedback. My son really liked his headphones but he can't use them anymore as he's only had them for a few…

Good headphones for the price but not enough if you want something more.

1. Phone calls. People sound very muffled. No high. Sometimes it's really hard to understand what the people on the other end of the line are saying. The microphone is already not very good - it is enough to hear and understand it, but the clarity of the voice is much better when calling from the phone through the microphone. 3 of 5.2. sound quality. 3 out of 5. Acceptable speakers and a good microphone; practical for a short time

In general the product is very good although the position of the buttons is NOT GOOD given the lack of functional separation and tactile difference. Would welcome an attempt to provide tactile features on the keys to help distinguish them; at least a 1mm high molding rib for two of its 5 buttons. Disconnecting at least one button would also help a lot. Despite their small size, round headphones are only comfortable for a short time. My ears aren't that big, and yet these headphones just sit on…
