It is pleasant to make calls and listen to music with headphones. While the retractable earbuds were a little fiddly to store at first, things have improved over time. The answer button is slightly sensitive so you can just hang up instead of answering a call. It's very comfortable to wear all day, sometimes I forget I'm wearing it. All in all, this one lasted the longest compared to the other three neckband headsets.
