You get what you pay for.

The thought that I could get a quality pair of headphones for $18 was crazy. He's on his way back! Don't waste your time or money with this product. Luckily getting it back was easy, best part of the deal.

Doesn't play email/SMS notifications

This device seems to take about half a second to connect when my device's screen is off. So when I get a text or email I don't get a notification unless I have a very long notification sound. It also connects poorly when transcribing speech to text.

I love the quality of this bluetooth, how comfortable it sits on your ear after you can't feel it anymore. I can hear people very well! You hear me very well! From my point of view it is a win-win situation in both directions. The callback button or the end button needs some attention or adjustment, it's a bit hard to use/press.

Pairing was canceled after 6 months

I really like the earphones. It was comfortable to wear. About 6 months after I bought it, it stopped connecting to my phone. Our state just passed a Public Address Act. So I charged it fully and tried again. Still will not mate. I did some research and decided on this one based on reviews, unfortunately I have to spend money to get a new one. I'll look for another brand because I won't take any more risks with this one.

A Bluetooth headset worth buying.

I love that the Bluetooth talk time is up to 10 hours. Another thing I like is that the bluetooth sits behind my ear which makes it less noticeable. What I don't like about Bluetooth is that after a while, the soft rubber band covering the ear detaches from where it connects to the fixed part of the Bluetooth case. Still a great buy. I mainly use Bluetooth while driving for Uber to get audio directions from an Uber card and use it to listen to audiobooks from my phone.

The best choice for my needs!

I ordered several separate Bluetooth headphones specifically to replace my beloved $80 first generation Motorola unit which finally gave up and died after years of impeccable service. Although this one is slightly larger and designed differently for an over-the-ear fit, it has the performance I'm looking for.
