Easy to install and use

JADENS thermal mail label printer is a well made label printer that will come in handy for our esty shop and for Christmas. It's very easy to install and I love that it comes with a USB stick with a manual, drivers and even a video explaining how to set it up. Printing is great and it's easy to adjust the brightness to get the result you want. It also automatically detects what size label you are using, making it easier to use. The plus point is that it comes with a label roll and we don't have

This product is complete garbage. It does not connect to my computer or Android as advertised. Revain tech support was no help. Send this worthless thing back

Excellent purchase! Suitable for printer and accessories

I am very satisfied with my Bluetooth printer. The price was very cheap, it even came with labels and a label holder. I have to say the tech support was great. Worked with me until I figured it out and even checked on me later to make sure everything was running smoothly. I've had issues with my iPhone 12 Pro Max, we've found it works best with my iPhone 8 Plus, and make sure you save the item you're trying to print to your phone before attempting to print . It has to be in the right format. At

iPhone 12 is FINALLY compatible!

I do EVERYTHING on my phone. I mean EVERYTHING. And it works with many of the accessories I ship daily! Finally! iPhone 12! Just download the app he recommends and get it done from the app. This was my fourth thermal shipping label I've bought for my iPhone (others have claimed it's compatible, but I've never gotten it to work). It took me some time to figure that out. It's Bluetooth, wireless, and I'm using a BOAT. So change the settings in the pirate ship according to the label you use. So if
