Good quality for the price

My son really likes these headphones. He asked me for a second pair as he broke the first pair I bought him and wanted the exact same, right down to the colour.

A good product! - Headphones

Headphones disconnect and reconnect to my S20 plus intermittently. I contacted support and described the problem. They just sent me a new pair. Unfortunately they have the same problem. My old jams never had this problem. But the sound is phenomenal!

Difficult to change tracks and pause tracks

I'm not happy with the new style. The keys don't change songs like the old ones. Difficulty pairing with the device. As long as you don't change songs or pause with them, they seem fine. The sound quality is okay. This is my fourth pair of JAMS headphones and they don't sound as good as other headphones.
