It's safe to say you get what you have. There was only one real color in my choice - a very deep maroon. The rest were three different shades of beige: a white, a black, a black-brown, a brown, a dark gray, and a light gray. No color was the same. But they are of good quality.

On the plus side - definitely a variety of colors. Negative: Out of the whole pack I would say 2 mats can be used for my photography. You could use 1 beige and 1 brown. The bright red, bright purple, and bright yellow that came in the box might be good for something, but not for matting photos. Spring. As for timely delivery, etc., the seller was fine.

I've seen several reviews that say not all the colors pictured are included. Not sure how common this is as this is my first purchase, but mine came in all the colors pictured. Nice color scheme. The only one I'll probably never use is lime green, and that's just because I'm not a lime green fan at all. All other colors are my favorites.
