I was looking for an extension cord or adapter so I can connect something to the end of the Christmas light chain (different than the other light chain) and that helped!

These cables appear to be high quality, well made cables. The female end has a collar that makes the connection weather resistant. They can be used with Christmas lights.

Ideal for converting a polarized plug (one thick and one thin) to a non-polarized plug (both narrow) so that fairy lights can be connected. Some fairy lights, such as B. Christmas lights have polarized plugs, others do not. This can be very frustrating because you can't connect them together. This fixes the problem!

It has a polarized output end that can be plugged into polarized (two different sized pins) and then non-polarized (same sized pins) to plug into a non-polarized outlet - like Christmas lights. Helped a lot to assemble and connect everything. Excellent.

Very light cable. I ended up having to send it back because of the thickness of the wires. I was concerned about electric fires when overloaded.

Whoever designed this product didn't think why anyone would buy a 6 inch extension cord. The main issue this should solve for me is what are known as "warts", i.e. large bulky power adapters blocking nearby outlets. Unfortunately, due to the protrusion on this cork that you see in the photo, you cannot put warts in it. Bad design.
