I have just returned a Bodum Chambord coffee maker which delivered coffee grounds into my cup. I reordered this Bonjour and I am thrilled. It has a filter that can be unscrewed for easy cleaning and tightened to brew a cup of coffee without coffee grounds. As this is my second, I highly recommend it.

Love it! I really like how the plunger goes all the way down which speeds up the pouring of my morning coffee. Most I've seen and tried stayed about an inch at the bottom of the unpressed coffee grounds. That meant you had to leave it in the pot or wait for it to seep out. BonJour doesn't stop the plunger from going all the way down, so I drink all my coffee and can hit the road faster with iced coffee in hand.

This is a good French press that's easy to use. Admittedly, I drank loose tea with it several times a week. Be careful when washing, otherwise it will be broken. I only had this press for three months before I dropped it too hard in the sink and it broke completely around the glass. It wasn't a temperature issue, I let it cool overnight. It was nice that it didn't shatter everywhere and the glass is more durable than most, but if you use it and handle it a lot you might be better off going with

I like it because it looks good but doesn't look too crazy (modern). I like that the plastic is minimal, the glass is interchangeable, and the stainless steel is truly rust-free. Shiny like chrome and heavy (thick) The rubber grip feels comfortable. It's nice and I don't burn myself. The ram works reliably and the mesh screen is perfectly cut and centered on the mesh filter.
