I am very happy with these lamps. They are a bit brighter than the old incandescent bulbs. The color spectrum is also quite good: they can hardly be distinguished from the incandescent bulbs in my motorhome. I like the transparent silicone that completely covers the LED end of the lamp. I think this makes the onions much less sensitive to moisture. After trying a few to see if I liked them, I replaced all the headlights in my van with these.

These are great lamps. They are brighter than the originally installed incandescent lamps. They are cool white in color and provide enough light to see without being overwhelming. The only downside I've found is that they get hot so I don't know if the current from the converter in my RV is too high or if that's how they're made. I like these. It took a while to arrive, no big deal. The wait was worth it. They are light in color with a good neutral color whilst being quite narrow with medium length balls. The transparent "glass" body is made of ultra-clear silicone. You can compress these, they have a certain "rebound". When dropped, they bounce. I often like to park my RV where there is no electricity. Getting the most out of your limited battery life can be the deciding factor for a weekend getaway. After 8 months of occasional use in my RV, 2 of the 6 bulbs I bought have a bad emitter string, they flash wildly and are VERY hot to the touch. The seller sent replacements for two bulbs that still worked. I may have received some from a bad batch. I bought these to use Bullet Lights on my sailboat. I have tried several different brands of this light and they have all been open and brittle. In addition, many brands have a very wide flange that prevents them from fitting into round lighting fixtures. They are thin and fit perfectly. Do they have hard transparent silicone? I have ordered replacement LEDs from two other sellers on Revain and have been very disappointed. Both Hotsystem and Trisense lamps gave off a greenish tint and were not as bright as the original lamps. When they arrived I was just hoping for something that wasn't green! I have to say they exceeded my expectations. The light color comes very close to the original bulbs, the Bonlux is a bit brighter. They get slightly warm, but not so hot that they burn.
