My son has a huge head and is 3 1/2. There's still a little bit left, but the round is worse, it fits well. I'm a regular height guy 5ft 9in 150lbs slander it fits me a little tight where it's starting to shrink. shaggy hair then, and it still does with very short hair. we both love it I'm glad I can finally find a decent hat again! This hat is huge. We have a few Born to Love caps and they're always a little big - about 6 months ahead for a kid with an exactly 50th percentile head. We just grew up in this hat and it fits me with plenty of room. For the record, I also got myself a very similar CC Women's Visor Cap and they fit the same. I have the head of a medium sized adult female. I am very upset because the size is large and the stretch is significant. It will fall off my son in no time.
