It comes with my other Amazon orders, no fancy packaging. It looks solid although there is a dent on the surface of the tablet holder (more I can say after using it for at least 3 months, if anything happens to it I'll add). I love the look of this case. That's a great defender. However, I don't like how it folds in the back to hold the screen for non-hold use. Unlike others I've had, it doesn't have a slot to hold the case in place. This folds in the back and unfolds very easily, dropping my Kindle every time I use the case this way. It's very uncomfortable.
