I wish there was a loop on the strap to keep the tail away from the rest of the strap. Mine starts to curl up and often cling to things. Maybe I'll build my own soon.

The radio strap is well made but the loops on the strap aren't as adjustable as I would like so the radio mic ends up on my chest rather than my shoulder, and me Can't adjust the strap as if I want to hold the radio mic to my ear so I can actually hear the chatter on the radio clearly.

The lapel wireless microphone is attached to this strap at the top of the shoulder, the strap is too short. Lapel attachment point position is too high and uncomfortable to wear. There are 2 places where you can pin the lapel, these are the lower shoulder and the upper shoulder. The second is on the back of my shoulder. I would not recommend this item, I would shop before you buy.
