Pros
- quite easy and inexpensive solution for sound recording "in the fields". two microphone outputs into one stereo jack. super compact. There is also a line input on the transmitter and a headphone output on the receiver.
Cons
- does not automatically search for free channels to reduce noise. it is very inconvenient to manually switch these channels - you need both on the receiver and on the transmitter at once. the sound quality is only suitable for speech. terribly puts batteries, especially the receiver! the sound is unstable, noises occasionally slip through the movement of the subject, even in direct line of sight. obviously, the wireless protocol is primitive there. there is no way to lower the microphone sensitivity on the transmitter. and generally there are few settings. Too much noise, but not critical for an interview.
