The belt itself was very long and wrapped around me for an additional 1/4 turn. I'm a typical size 4 or 6 and the belt broke at the buckle the first time I put it on. I was able to reattach it but then it kept breaking until I got home.

I love how I can adjust the belt perfectly. I even left some extra length in case I gain a few pounds and my waist widens a bit, which it sometimes does, so this is a great belt for me. Fits me as I expected!
