Suitable for my needs

The soft box can be folded up easily and compactly. This setup works well for me as a quick portable modifier for outdoor portraits, color and macro.

Small portable complete but for the price it has its downsides

small and portable. However, the S mount just sits between the hole and doesn't attach or latch - also the mesh and velcro diffuser pulled the threads from the seams - it's fine for what I need, but it's not a durable one Supplement to the kit -

Quick and easy installation

Bought this for the mount rather than the softbox but I am happy with both items. The softbox installs quickly, the diffuser and grille snap into place with strong Velcro. My only criticism is that the softbox just slides over the round flange of the mount and isn't actually attached to the mount. I'm not sure if a strong wind can blow the modifier off the mount.

Great little softbox that folds into a pack. Only 8 " x 12 " x 2 1/2 "

I needed some small soft boxes and I already have a pair of Godox 32" sq. a variant of this that I'm very happy with, so I ordered it. They are no worse than their larger version. I've been experimenting with flashes to see how much light spread I can get, but haven't used them for a photoshoot yet. I will also try them with small 300w/s monoblocks to see what they do. So far I'm very happy with the results I'm getting. There are times when this size really ticks the box, and they should work…

Great portable softbox!

Nice compact design with travel case. The Bowens Type S mount works great with round or square Speedlite flashes. A softbox requires a bit of trial and error to get the lighting you want. Works pretty well. Attaching the dissipative cover works best when the velcro is closest to the inside of the #oftbox velcro line. This leaves enough room for the black mesh to sit flush.

I really love this.

Got this at the last minute for a photo shoot I was doing out of town. It had to be small enough to fit in my carry-on but large enough to get the light needed to capture the newborn. This pup fits the bill. The lightning clip is soft silicone, easy to put on and, as far as I can tell, flawless. The first roll up is a bit tricky, but there is a video online to help you with this. One of the best lighting purchases I've ever made. Stupidly, the ratings section doesn't allow me to add photos that
