I would buy again: Safety Signs & Signals

This is a valve tag, what more can I say? Well done and everything in the package was almost identical. I will buy it again when I need a brass plaque.

Pros
  • General Purpose Round Brass Valve Tag Blank
Cons
  • Not Sure

Get a diamond engraver and you're done - double check your choices!

These are large brass discs and are best used for engraving. You still need to review your choices and make sure the right sympathizers are relevant to your work. They don't bend and are very durable. I apply my design with Pigma Art Pens and then try my best to engrave it as drawn. I'm still getting the engraver down, but it's great.

Pros
  • Tag 2" (diameter) with 3/16" hole for attaching a tag
Cons
  • Crumpled

No stars or fireworks.

I want to clearly identify the various valves in my house. I work in a power plant, so this concept is bread and butter for me. I ordered these labels and a number stamp set and spent a few hours learning how much force to use with the hammer. But the ones I have now are not removable. I chose brass because it can be stamped. If someone gave me three thousand dollars for an engraving machine, I would choose stainless steel, but they work well.

Pros
  • Withstands temperatures from -40 degrees to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit
Cons
  • Large and bulky
