Marking tape. Designed for single use. A temporary marker for "something": a marker, a tide gauge, a lawn sprinkler, luggage, whatever. The only issue I had with ordering four rolls was that each roll came in its own large box. Waste of good packaging material. The UPS driver who delivered the four packages was amazed and said he had never seen anything like it.

I don't know why Revane asks for "stick", it's not tape, it's marker tape. We have big dogs and decent territory, and there are also strong storms that blow off parts of the fence. My wife uses this to wrap the top of some sections so she can quickly determine if the fence has collapsed, particularly near the section where there is a creek. This ensures that the dogs have no escape routes.
