So here's the thing - and these guys aren't alone. The size is "waist 50-52". This means "the total length of this belt is approximately 52 inches". Very amazing quality. Thicker than any other belt of this type I've bought. Stretchy but still holds plenty of pressure around the litter to hold up my pants. I even use it with a paddle holster with no problems. Great belt! Buy another one to clean when worn out.
