Bad product, bad customer service.

Don't waste your money. I was so excited about this mug. Came with cracks and chips on both sides. I wrote to the seller, absolutely no response. The paint is also smudged. That's a joke for the price. Especially if you don't get an answer.

Looks great. There may be an error

My son said that one of the names of parts of the brain points to the wrong place. Otherwise it's shiny and looks great. He loved it. By the way, the first one came broken and in the box where it drove. His replacement came with better padding and a smaller box so it didn't break. :)

Going Left is good for New

Image shows only the left side of the brain - either side of the mug. I wish I knew what else I wouldn't have bought. This mug is cheaply made, I could have it custom made for the same price as both sides of the brain. Credit: The colors are vibrant and this mug still works like a regular mug.
