🔧 Chrome Hinged Triple Pronged Hook, 1 Pack - Packaging May Vary Review

I bought two of these hooks and while they look good the swing of the loop on them is terrible. They were very sturdy right out of the box. I had to put an excessive amount of oil on them to make them spin, and even when they did spin they were grinding. While I didn't send them back because the lube seemed to help, I'm giving them 1 star because my hands now smell like motor oil and I had to go the extra mile to fix it.

This hook looks great and works well. I needed a hook big enough to hold our bath towels which we could easily get out of the shower. I only had a very narrow spot on the wall to install it. A traditional hook would tuck right into the bathtub aisle. This rotating hook is the perfect solution. It was very stiff at first and didn't spin at all, but we put a few drops of oil in the hinge and it's been great ever since. It's tough and more enjoyable than I expected, deal!

Bought 4, return 4. Won't rotate due to terrible design. No oil or silicone spray will loosen them. I tried to edit them, but after 30 minutes of trying to solve them, the other hook got stuck. If you leave them for a while, you'll be right back where you started...completely inoperable. If I were to wall mount them, the force required to move them would be too great on each mounting surface and tear my walls and paneling apart.

I bought this because despite our large bathroom there isn't much free wall space to hang towels. I liked the vertical layout because you sort of get a lot of value out of your real estate wall. I was worried the towels wouldn't dry but that wasn't a problem. I even hang 3 towels on it and a turban to dry my hair on a small hook and everything dries perfectly without taking on a musty smell. I was surprised at the weight of the item when it arrived. It feels well made and I would buy it again.

I bought this for a bathroom hook because I've seen similar swivel hooks and liked them. However, it doesn't rotate easily and you really have to make an effort to get each hook to move. They also don't always move independently of each other. The weight makes it feel heavy, but the pin holding the three hooks isn't secured. I'm not sure if it won't show up. I'm sending it back as it doesn't meet my needs. This might work for those who don't want to move hooks or simply can't.

I love these triple hooks because each hook works independently and can be rotated 180 degrees so items don't hang directly on top of each other. Actually wanted to give 5 stars, but the quality is not there. In terms of finishes and looks, it's great for $$$$. The problem is with the pin that goes through the three arms and holds everything together. I bought 7 of these and 3 of them fell apart when I opened the package. The pin going through the 3 levers holding these levers to the mounting bracket is not long enough and not latched. This can cause the pen to fall out and three hands to fall to the ground.
