🔌 Braun 7040-132 Sleek Charger Review

lost my old tower charger during a move (don't ask me how I saved my toothbrush and not that Charger !) Instead of buying a brand new one I figured let me check Amazon (they are like you they have everything!) Of course they were there! They don't hold a charge and they are 220v and not good for the states.

After an unfortunate power surge on a trip to Lebanon I discovered a cancerous bump had formed on the underside of my old Braun charger and my toothbrush was refusing to charge. I placed an order for this compact version (much better than my Dremel saw version) and waited with great trepidation for it to arrive. Everything about this charger is great. The Braun 7940-132 compact charger arrived on time and was undamaged. I bought the Braun compact charger because I bought a Braun rechargeable toothbrush in Europe and when we returned to the US I needed a US plug. Works great for me. Tick YES if the review was helpful to you. Many Thanks

I am happy with this charger, it looks like my original (European) version and fits perfectly with my toothbrush and brush head case. Works well.

Looks like my old charger. I have not compared the labels below, not sure if they are identical. but it still works fine. I bought another charger that is physically a bit bigger than this one and it didn't work at all.

I left my original charger on vacation and immediately checked the manufacturer's website for a replacement. The manufacturer ran out of stock chargers so I was thrilled to find this one through Revain. I was a little skeptical as it said it was no longer available and it looked different from my original, but I bought it anyway. I was so excited when I received the exact same charger as my original. As if I had ordered a new one from the manufacturer - perfectly packaged and works great.

I was thinking I might have to buy a whole new set of electric toothbrushes when my toothbrush stopped charging as I didn't see a way to put a new battery in the Charger. I was very happy to see that I could get this little charger as it's a lot cheaper than buying a whole new set.
