This product worked quite well when I first used it. However, the last time I used this thing, I had a couple of ingrown hairs that were extremely painful and swollen. I clean my epilator after each use and only use it on clean skin so I wasn't expecting that. Do I have sensitive skin or is it my fault if I use the epilator in the bathroom? I will definitely not be using this product again, so it was a bad investment for me.

Much better than the previous Braun epilator I bought. I have had epiladia of the brain for a few years. It wasn't starting to work as well, so I figured it was time to replace. I couldn't believe the difference. Touch technology makes it much more convenient. It's practically painless. It takes a few extra movements to get the work through, but it's worth it as you'll feel significantly less pain.

I love this product and all of its parts! Epilating isn't for everyone, but it's handy to only worry about shaving every few weeks rather than every day. The hair becomes thinner and there is no stubble. That's great.

Razor works as expected, good but not as good as a men's razor. (I wonder why?) The epilator is fine. For the epilator to work, your hair must be of an accessible length, and if we talk about unwanted facial hair, you must be prepared for it to be visible for several days before it is pulled out.
