do what i want

I had to add a DB 25 connector to a ham radio with only two connectors! That fits, although it seems like too much for two connections. Nice and tidy with no problems.

Easiest Way to Make Custom and Reconfigurable Connectors

This was the easiest way I could find to make a custom feedback connector - not for RS-232 but for some other application where specific pins are connected The included small flathead screwdriver made it easy to install the four connectors and it took less than five minutes from opening the box to plugging it into the unit.

Needed to make a serpentine out of separate cables, also fits Switchcraft 9625 Patchbay

I had a 60ft Ghost cable and needed a DB25 DB25 snake for one recording session. I have tried other DB25 screw mounting options but this closed version seemed much more reliable for studio use and I even managed to use the case to lighten the cable a bit. The size of the case made it cramped but it fits a fully loaded Switchcraft 9625. Not the prettiest as you might expect as it's made up of 8 separate cables and care needs to be taken to connect it properly and protect the bottom but for now…
