Damaged product - appears to have been returned or defective

Extremely disappointed with this purchase. It's covered in some kind of white coating, almost like mold. Pros
  • Excellent overall performance

The sole is 4 inches wide at its widest point and 7 inches long. On the positive side, when the iron is switched on cold, it reaches the set temperature very
