I use this lock on my backpack. I often have to leave my belongings in different places, which gives me an extra sense of security. Although it's a small lock and probably easy to pick. I have a feeling this is still off-putting just because it will take extra time to dismantle.

A flexible cord instead of a tight loop makes it easier to use and less prone to damage. Plus, being able to close the lock without having to turn the toggle switches makes it handy if you want to leave it attached to your luggage.

Excellent quality product and very light. I've had the steel version of this before, although personally I'd say it "traveled better" than the metal version. The paint was peeling off the metal and it quickly started looking shabby (despite having a busy travel schedule). This resin version is well preserved and has not deteriorated in appearance like the metal version. Overall very satisfied
