The shoes' black and burnt ochre combo looks stylish on display, but falls flat when put to the test. The pair is far from comfortable and lacks the durability needed for men's fashion in athletic wear. Though the style may give off an edge, the cons definitely outweigh the pros.

I went to the Brooks Brothers website and filled out a selection profile that was given to me as a recommendation. I buy a new pair about every six months and my back, knees and hips feel great! This shoe is best for a runner or in my case a hiker. I walk 7 to 9 miles three times a week. I feel lighter with these shoes, they are comfortable and true to size (size 7), the fit was excellent, the foot feels very secure and comfortable, they are not heavy either. I even wore them in the rain and was able to walk 4 miles that day with no problems.
