l Degraded print quality

I could not use the printer at all after installing the belt. Streaks and spots on every printed page. I've followed all the troubleshooting tips on the Brother website and the only solution seems to be to spend another $130 on a new belt unit. That's half the price of another printer, so no problem.

I got ripped off! for printers and accessories

I was ripped off! the packaging looks like a genuine Brother product, fits well but after installation the unit still shows the unit needs to be replaced, shows 5% left. I think it was a used device. My print quality is very poor like I never replaced it. I think I've been ripped off
