I bought butcher paper for cooking seafood in the Lowlands. We rolled it out on my kitchen island and doubled the thickness. It was perfect for protecting the island and the weight of all the seafood. Looked great too. Cleaning up at the end of the night was a breeze. We will also use paper for outdoor work. I am very comfortable.

I bought a roll of packing material and it works great for this purpose. It turned out to be lighter than I expected, but also cheaper than other options I found here, so I ordered 3 more rolls. I can't say anything about the kitchen suitability, but I don't see why it shouldn't work. The buns are labeled 'fresh unbleached meat' and 'food grade' weighing '40 pounds'.

What a great product! Extremely versatile. This is very hard work. Works great for primitive style gift wrapping or when sending packages through the mail. When the grandkids come, color it in with crayons and it makes great craft paper. Also, it's a food. I haven't had a chance to try it in a smokehouse yet due to bad weather, but I've used it on many occasions. This is a very big roll and I have yet to make a dent in it. Highly recommended! Good price.
