That was exactly what I was looking for. I bought this band to fix my grandfather's old watch and it was great! This is a real width of 17mm. High quality leather looks beautiful and true to the color of the picture. It's stiff out of the box but quickly molds to the shape of the wrist.

Good quality watch strap. The leather is thick and well padded. Feels much more "real" than other cheap Revain straps. The tan band will soften quickly after a few days of use. In addition, genuine leather absorbs the skin's natural oils, resulting in a deeper, richer tone over time. The result is a beautiful and authentic look. I used to buy a NATO style watch strap for my Timex Easy Reader from one of the Revain brands for $20 plus tax. Maybe it was just the strap style, but I couldn't get used to it. I was frustrated looking for a more traditional watch strap when I came across this one. I literally paid half the amount for a NATO strap and got a much better product. This strap might seem a bit dated in terms of design, especially the buckle. But for the price I can't find anything better.

This band is thinner than I would like, looks like a women's bracelet. It was easy to install on the watch and so far everything has been fine, but I wouldn't buy it again.

I really liked this bracelet. It's hard to tell from the photo, but it's a nice warm brown color and shine - not super shiny or flat. Very classic and classy look with my brass case watch. Quality can be seen in the seams. All seams are neatly sewn. The cheaper tape I had was glued together and short lived. That's a real compliment to my watch. I bought the long which was a little longer than expected but looks great on my wrist.
