They are perfect to avoid cutting into the mudguard.

We moved our containers from the back wall of our kitchen under the cupboard so they are out of sight and don't have to cut into the splashback. We're renovating our kitchen so it's time to install it.

There is practically no room for wires.

There is almost no room left for cables. If you are working with 12 gauge (20A) wiring this is not the best solution as the design does not allow room for the wires behind the outlet. I suspect they would be a lot easier to work with if you used 14 gauge (15 amp) wire.

Great mounting dowel

We bought these during my kitchen renovation as I didn't want sockets to run all the way up the bulkhead. They are clearly needed, just don't like to look at them. We put 4 in our kitchen and everyone loves the look and wish they had thought about it. No more sockets on the apron. One of the best decisions I made renovating

Fantastic but doesn't take "deep " plugs.

Man I love these. I wanted something with a slight angle so I could use it under cabinets and hide outlets, but be easy to reach and use. They are high quality and very easy to assemble. I used 12/2 and got the regular size outlet and cord in the box with no issues. I wish the mounting screws were self-drilling, but I just used the ones I had on hand. FYI, there is no room for a deep plug here. I liked using the plug with both types of USB ports, as well as two jacks, but it was "square" andโ€ฆ

Great product suitable for electrical engineering

This is a great quality product. My wife wanted to place power outlets under cabinets in our new kitchen and I really couldn't find an option that would work. There are strips for Legrand inserts but the reviews aren't great and I wanted something with an angle to that. I bought the skinny version and was able to fit a Leviton GFCI outlet into one of these (which was then cascaded to the others. I won't lie. By collecting all the wires in a box and working upside down under the cabinet, alongโ€ฆ

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some bugs

A bit pricey but very good quality. We just installed a full length exotic granite backsplash. In them we bought polished stainless steel. I originally planned not to have a single outlet or junction box on our granite back. We wanted the outlets to be hidden so you can't see anything. Now that they're installed, the only way to see them is to crawl under the closet and look. If you sit at a table opposite and see the boxes under the cabinets, they reflect the granite so well they become almost
